Arturo Morales | Project Cuba
Last summer I had an opportunity to go to Cuba. Through the help of the Aqueduct Project, I explored Havana, Union de Reyes, Santa Clara, and San Juan Y Martinez. I had the chance to meet pastors Yandy, Willie, Nestors, and Norberto, who welcomed me with wide-open arms. These pastors reveal the way of life in Cuba, but they also spoke of the tremendous need for theological education in Cuba.
This experience created a fire in me to teach pastors in Cuba. I will be returning to the cities I visited last year and teaching alongside Jonathan Salas, one of my fellow students from Moody Bible Institute – Spokane. We continue to need some support to ensure that this mission is successful and that we are able to support the churches in which we will be ministering.
